I am a total California girl, and can’t imagine why anyone would ever leave this wonderful state unless it is beyond his or her control.  Born, raised and educated in the Bay Area; I finally moved to the wonderful Sacramento Valley in 1996 with my husband of 34 years and our two daughters.

The fact that I am now living in some of the best wine growing regions in California is a big plus in my book.  After all, one glass of wine a day is good for our hearts, right?  My heart overflows.  (Wink, wink)

I realize that serving the needs of others and giving back is really what life is about.  As I bless others in service, I am blessed beyond measure in return.

Lynnette is amazing! This is not the first real estate transaction she has handled for me, but was by far the most complicated. The seller and her agent wanted to argue about everything. Time and time again Lynnette navigated the waters with the expertise I have come to rely on. Lynnette has been my agent as both a buyer and a seller, and her level of integrity, professionalism and skill are beyond compare. You could go elsewhere, but you would be a fool. She is my agent for life!

Lynnette was very helpful to us with our first experience selling a home. I had considered doing a for sale by owner and am happy i did not. She was a competant and friendly guide threw the journey.

Lynnette was recommended to us by a friend. From our first meeting through closing she displayed the finest professionalism. She recommended vendors for interior painting and carpet replacement, both of whom we used. Lynnette held multiple open houses and presented the residence in the best possible light. She negotiated well for us and effected a smooth transaction. We moved out of state but would recommend Lynnette Gamenara-Kaufmann to anyone looking for quality realtor.

The best way to sum up my experience and my feelings about the sale of our home is to say that all of things that we needed to have happen in order to sell our home in a very tight time frame, at a price that we needed to get, Lynnette made happen. There is no other way to put it than to say she exceeded all of our expectations and worked tirelessly to accomplish our goal in the time frame we needed. She worked very closely with us to prep our home for sale, get it on the market, get it shown 3 weekends in a row with Open Houses. When the offer came in, she worked hard to negotiate the price we needed and got it. When issues arose, she handled them. She worked very hard from start to finish. We were more than satisfied with the outcome. I give her my highest recommendation.

As I sit poolside at our new home sipping my coffee, I’ve been reflecting on all of the many things Lynnette did for us that made our home buying experience so special. It all started actually when my brother sold his house. We were so impressed by Lynnette’s work ethic that we immediately thought of her first when it came time to sell our home and purchase a new one. Her performance on the sale of our previous home was reviewed already so I’ll just cut to the chase on the purchase of our new home. In this market buying a house can be, to say the least, frustrating. Countless times we would find a house online, schedule an appointment to see it, only to find out it was already pending with other offers. We were constantly checking our phones and apps to see what would pop up new every day (or every hour) just on the off chance of getting in to see the house before it was already sold. No matter how many lists of houses we sent Lynnette or what time of day or night we sent them she was always on top of it trying to get us scheduled to see them ASAP. She worked tirelessly to make sure we felt like we were her priority. She walked us through the homes and provided much appreciated input on what upgrades could be made or how we could see ourselves (and our furniture) in them. One weekend we saw something like 6 or 7 houses in 6 hours. I think we even added one or two at the last minute. That’s a lot of scheduling, driving and hand holding for her to do! She also rolled with the punches when, after seeing quite a few, we decided to switch up all of our criteria and go for something different. Once we found “the one” we knew we’d have very little time to put together an offer and get it submitted before someone else came along and snatched it up. Lynnette invested time in understanding what we could afford, what we were willing to offer and explaining what was reasonable. She went to bat for us when it came time to negotiate and she was there for every inspection and followed through on helping us get the work completed. In the end we felt we ended up with a great house for a fair price. This house purchase, in particular, had quite a few bumps in the road and was not smooth sailing. Lynnette walked us through each step and talked us down from the ledge several times when we thought it was all going to fall apart. Even now, after a couple months of being in our home, we don’t consider Lynnette just a realtor. She is a friend. One who stops by with banana bread and raspberry butter and makes a date to make homemade raviolis with my wife. She creates relationships, not just transactions.

The sale of our home went very smoothly due to Lynnette's hard work. Lynnette's performance was exemplary. She is extremely professional and at the same time very friendly and easily approachable. Lynnette always gave us timely and clear communications regarding our transactions. Lynnette was wonderful to work with. We can be "control freaks" at times and we have to give Lynnette a lot of credit to have the gift of working with all kinds of different personalities and doing so with grace. So much of this was new to us and we didn't always understand what was going on until Lynnette would clearly and patiently explain the steps of the selling process. Lynnette has expert marketing skills and she stayed on top of things from the very beginning. We were able to sell our home very quickly and the entire process went smoothly. We not only gained a fantastic real estate agent, but we have also gained a true friend. We would highly recommend Lynnette to our friends and family!

Selling your home and moving your family can be a very stressful experience. With Lynnette, nothing could be further from the truth. At our first meeting she laid out her commitments to us, and did she ever deliver!! Lynnette had a professional photographer come in to take the pictures for advertising, and the home never looked better. She marketed our home heavily, and in the first two days we had dozens of realtors with clients come through to see our home. All before the first open house! Lynnette was there in person for the first open house, and by the end of the first weekend on the market we had multiple full price offers. Her ability to get the job done is unbelievable. She was there for every inspection, there when the pest work was performed, and there every time the buyers and their realtor needed access to our home. Once again, she delivered! From our first meeting until closing and beyond, Lynnette was a wonderful realtor and an amazing person. You won't find a better person to trust with the sale of your home. Talk to her; you won't be disappointed. If she tells you she can and will do something; you better believe it!!
